You can order 5 different caster sets for the Aeron office chair. This is for maximum usage on each different flooring surface. Some of the casters are designed for standard office carpeting. Hardwood floor sets can be purchased so there is no danger of scuff marks or scratches on the wooden surface. For offices which have more of a deep plush carpet there is a set of over sized casters which will work great.
